General procurement agreement of agency Bieseke Ltd

1. Precondition for the procurement of a date

1. Herewith, the applier accepts the general procurement agreement of the agency Bieseke Ltd.
   
   The applier informs the agency about changes of his data immediately via mail or phone +49 (30) 49.78.35.27
   
   In case of doubt, please take consultation with the agency.
2. In principal the agreements/guidelines have to be corresponded.
   
   
3. By retraction of your acceptance, please contact us immediately, not later than 18:00 on the eve. Hindrances which are self-inflicted are not valid. Please call immediately the agency Bieseke +49 (30) 49.78.35.27
   
   In the case you will cancel not in time, your data will be discharged. In the case you will not appear, despite booking, you have to pay a penalty of 100,00 € excl. VAT to the agency Bieseke Ltd. If you prove your thought no fault of your own, the cancellation and the penalty will be cancelled.
   
   
4. In the case of roughly mistake you have sole responsibility. The result is that your data will be discharged irrevocable.
   
   
5. We point to the legal conditions of SGB and BGB.
   
   
6. The arrised copyrights, security for goods and service or other rights stay at the production company. This is valid for the whole arranged activity.
   
   
7. In the case you will not appear to the shooting, you have no claim for payment!
   
   
8. For placement, we use between 2 and 4 pictures (Portrait and the whole person). Passport photographs, Polaroid pictures, printings and copies are not accepted as application material At the application, your application material goes automatically to the property of the agency Bieseke Ltd.
   
   
9. The agency is a private placement officer with the admission of the Bundesanstalt für Arbeit Berlin/Brandenburg. The actor agrees, that in the case of a intervention the agency Bieseke Ltd obtain a provision of 18 % plus VAT.

1. The agency Bieseke Ltd has to be informed in the case of a successful intervention

   A guarantee of a intervention is excluded.

2. In the case you will not follow the prohibition; your data will be canceld into our data file.
   
   
3. Please follow the briefing of the film team!
   
   
4. 4. The agreement of the film team is necessary in the case you will leave the location If you leave the location ahead of time, without agreement of the film team, the claim of payment (partly or complete) can be dropped. The decision is uncumbert on the production company or Bieseke Ltd.
   
   
5. Please take enough catering for the shooting

1. Generally payment will be made at the end of the shooting, bar on the location
   
   
2. In the case of more than one-day-shootings, payment will be made at the last day or by agreement.
   
   
3. If requested, please show the production company your income tax card. Exceptions need agreements
   
   
4. For particular propst or objects (like photo equipments or smoking has to be made a separate agreement, in the case the actor allocated it, if required.
   
   
5. In the case of interventions in the area of commercials, a separate contract has to be made. Payment has to be made by the production company or by Bieseke Ltd.

1. The agency Bieseke Ltd does not guarantee for cancellation of shootings
   
   
2. The actor is responsible for the infringement regarding the conditions of the production company.
   
   
3. For the working with children under 16 years, the unique agreement of the parents is necessary, valid until recalled. The child custody of the parents is necessary by infants.
   
   
4. Bieseke Ltd is not liable for damages or loss for the belongings of the actors at the location (clothes, objects etc.)Bieseke Ltd is also not valid for damages and theft by the actors.
   
   
5. Bieseke Ltd. is not obliged to arrange, the applicant is not obliged to agree on the date proposals.

1. We ensure that your data will be exclusively used for the agency Bieseke Ltd. and production enquiries, in the area film, TV and commercial.
   
   
2. The signatory/applicant agree, that the personal information will be used fort he above mentioned reasons and that they will be an saved IT-system

1. If the applicant/signatory does not agree with this clause, please inform Bieseke Ltd in written form

   The applicant/signatory agrees that his necessary data (with picture) will be published without costs on the sides www.komparsenagentur.de and www.casting-welt.de due to procurement and representation.
   
   Each applicant, who gives his email-address, agrees at the same time to obtain our newsletter as far as he will cancel it. (Your emailadress will exclusively employed for our newsletter and will not be transferred to third parties.)

1. The place of juridication is Berlin.

2. If any clauses or the forthcoming agreement will be invalid completely or partly, the effectively of the restless conditions will be untasted. The untasted agreement has to be replaced by such, who has the sense and object to the next in a legal form. The same is valid for possible agreement breaches.
