Are there any costs for me?
The registration into our file is gratis – in the case you apply ONLINE
For this, we ask you to use the online application form. Fill out the form and load your pictures directly into our databank. This is the most comfortable way.
You can also apply by post. But here, you have to pay 5,00 € (incl. 19 % VAT) for the registration of your data.
Please, download the corresponding application forms HERE. Please, pay attention on sufficing postage when stamping. It is not necessary to contact us personally in our agency.
Before you apply, you should be clear about the following aspects…
- You should be really interested in the activity of an extra. This is also a job and it can be “no bed of roses”.

Availableness:
If we book you, we book you for at least 10 hours a day. For this reason, you should keep yourself free for the whole day. For example, if you have a date on the evening, we can not guarantee that you can administer it. For this case, we ask you to keep the day of shooting completely free. -
Duration of the slight:
We are not able to make statements about the exact duration of your adoption. For more than 10 hours we will pay overtime hours. Often a shooting will be longer than 10 hours, Naturally there will be short shootings, too, but we can’t tell you this in advance. -
Catering:
It is not usual that the production company puts the catering, in principal Self-Catering!!! is usual! In any case you will obtain beverages like water and coffee! -
The following documents/information are important at every shooting:
- Name of your health insurance
- Your national insurance numner (National insurance cardin copy)
- Pension book in copy- Pupil card (if available) in copy
- Matriculation certificate (if available) in copy

Clothes:
In principal is valid: Please take the double number of clothes (this means , please take one additional complete costume), this is part of our booking. One day before your activity, we can inform you about the clothes you have to bring to the shooting. -
Punctuality:
The most important thing!!! Please be 15 min before the shooting on-site and contact directly the producer. The producers are happy if all extras are in time on-site. Unpunctuality is not excuetable! As a result of unpunctuality can bet he reduction of your salary or even the cancellation of your job without paying. We do not accept unpunctuality and it is a risk for your further procurement. -
Waiting:
Please behave yourself in a professional way. Waiting is part of the job, everything does not work always on the first time. It claims to be learnt to practise patience! -
"Quiet please"
that means for ALL silence!! Whispering, also most quietly, can break down a shooting. -
Technology:
if you destroy something due to noisiness or without being ask no insurance company will accept the damage, as the case may be you have to pay for the damage. -
To take a photo
due to legal reasons it is not allowed to take pictures or to film; even if it is for the use your own! -
Autographs:
Please do not ask for an autograph etc. during the shooting program -
Mobile phones:
Please switch-off your mobile phone. Further it is not allowed to write a sms/mms -
Visitors
It is not allowed for your friends and family to appear at the set. If you will be picked-up, please see that they will come at the end of the shooting. -
Cancellation:
Please consider that you need a lot of time for the shooting. If you can not appear to a shooting, please inform us as soon as possible. In the case you will not appear despite your acceptance, we will send you an invoice of 100,00 € plus VAT for the cancellation. Also, please inform us early enough and call 030 49 78 35 27 or send us an eMail.
Photos
Your photo is your figurehead. The quality should be very good.
Neutral backgrounds are suited best (unicolored). It is important that there are no other persons and animals on the picture. Please do not use any pictures from parties or from your holidays.

Hinweis zum Datenschutz
Von uns werden grundsätzlich nur verschlüsselte Datenblätter mit Codenummer ohne Namen, Telefon oder Adresse an Filmproduktionsgesellschaften herausgegeben. Nur in besonderen Einzelfällen werden Namen und Telefonnummern z.B. an Kostümbildner/innen weitergeleitet.
Es findet niemals eine Datenausgabe an Versicherungen, Banken oder sonstige Institutionen statt. Auch Ihre weiteren Angaben werden vertraulich und nur für Filmproduktionszwecke genutzt.
